Fancy Groceries is graduating!

We are moving out of the barbershop and opening our very own brick and mortar in the heart of downtown Winston Salem NC, where we’ll continue our mission to curate traceable, built-to-last clothing made by workers who are paid a living wage via brands that practice local manufacturing, and maintain a focus on garments and fabrics that are plastic free.

In celebration of our graduation, we’re creating a limited run of vintage ivy collegiate sweatshirts.

Hand-made and made-to-order, they are available via pre-sale only! Once the pre-sale closes, these sweatshirts will no longer be available for purchase. By grabbing yourself a shirt (or two), you’re not only showing off your FG pride, but also helping build the future home of Fancy Groceries.

Every shirt purchased will assist in expanding our current space (which is only 350sq ft) to 900sq feet! What are we going to do with all that extra room?

Most of you know about my community based retail approach so the new, larger Fancy Groceries will be a place to hang on Trade Street with plenty of soft seating where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee and chat with friends, listen to live music, and, of course, do a little (a lot) of shopping because we’ll not only be expanding upon the clothing we currently carry, but we’ll also have a permanent, rotating line of groceries for the gals too.

Local pickup available at our current location or shipped anywhere within the U.S. for a flat rate. Sweatshirts will be ready late November/early December, just in time for the holidays. They will be printed live by Two Fold Printing at the Ardmore shop during our graduation party.

100% french terry cotton. 9.5 oz. USA Made. Cut and sewn in downtown Los Angeles.

Garment-dyed. Minimal shrinkage expected.
